Do / Does
Auxiliary verbs for questions and negatives in Present Simple.
Rule
After do/does, the main verb is in its base form without -s. In normal positive sentences, the auxiliary is not needed.

- Does she work? correct (not Does she works?)
- do/does is not needed in normal positive sentences
