Some / Any
Some y any se usan con sustantivos incontables y plurales. Nunca los uses con sustantivos contables singulares; en ese caso usa a/an.
Regla
Usa some principalmente en oraciones afirmativas, y any en negativas y en la mayoría de las preguntas. Ambos se usan con sustantivos plurales o incontables, no con contables singulares.
Consejo
Para ofrecer o pedir algo → some; para preguntar si existe o negar su existencia → any.
