Verb + to-infinitive
After verbs of wanting, planning and deciding, the next verb takes to + base form: I want to go.
Rule
After want, need, hope, decide, plan, learn, try, promise, forget, use to + V1.
Formula

Common mistakes
Wrong: I want that you come.Correct: I want you to come.want + object + to V1, never want that...Wrong: She wants go.Correct: She wants to go.
