Present Continuous
Sert à décrire une action en cours en ce moment, ou qui se déroule autour du moment présent.
Règle
Se construit avec am/is/are + V-ing. Il décrit un processus au moment où l’on parle, une action temporaire ou un projet proche.

- Make → making (le -e tombe)
- Sit → sitting (la consonne finale double)
- Lie → lying, die → dying (-ie devient -y)
- Les verbes d’état restent au simple : know, like, want, need, believe — I know, et non
