Past Simple
Usa il Past Simple per azioni concluse e fatti del passato senza legame con il presente.
Regola
Nelle frasi affermative usa V2 per i verbi irregolari o -ed per quelli regolari. Nelle domande e nelle frasi negative usa did + V1.

Note
- Work → worked | Live → lived (solo -d dopo -e) | Study → studied (consonante + -y)
- I verbi brevi che terminano in vocale + consonante raddoppiano la consonante: stop → stopped, plan → planned
- Usa -ed soltanto nelle frasi affermative con verbi regolari
- did è uguale per tutti i soggetti
- Con did/didn't, il verbo principale resta alla forma base (V1)
