None / Not any
Esprimi una quantità nulla: none in una risposta breve o nella struttura none of, not any in una frase con il verbo alla forma negativa. Funzionano con plurali e non numerabili.
Regola
Usa none soprattutto nelle risposte brevi o nella struttura none of. Usa not any dentro una frase, con un verbo alla forma negativa.

- none of + nome: None of my friends smoke.
- None può essere soggetto, not any no:
Not any milk is left.→ No milk is left.
