Past Simple vs Present Perfect

Quando il momento è concluso e specificato usa il Past Simple; quando l’azione ha un legame con il presente, come risultato o esperienza, usa il Present Perfect.

Regola

Con un tempo concluso (yesterday, last week, in 2020) usa il Past Simple. Senza una data precisa, se conta il risultato o l’esperienza, usa il Present Perfect.

Errori comuni

  • Sbagliato: I have seen him yesterday.Corretto: I saw him yesterday.Un indicatore di tempo concluso richiede il Past Simple.
