Am / Is / Are
Usa queste forme per dire chi o che cosa è qualcuno, oppure per esprimerne lo stato, la qualità o il luogo.
Regola
Am, is e are sono le forme presenti di to be. Descrivono uno stato, una qualità, un lavoro, l’età o un luogo, non un’azione.
Suggerimento
La frase non ha un verbo d’azione? Quasi sempre serve una forma di to be: I am happy, non I happy.
